More complex transactions such as a transfer of shares require share transfers, minutes, share certificates and stamp duty documentation acceptable to the OSR in the State in which the company was originally registered.

Please note: Under the Corporations Act 2001 & Corporations Regulations 2001 we can prepare documentation for certain transactions but not advise people in relation to them. Usually an accountant is the best person to talk to.
