requested by you in the normal preparation of company related documents.

for the correct completion of required documents by the relevant authorities in order to but not limited to registering companies.

Any information that is collected is stored for a limited time in document format and from then in an electronic data base.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party other than those which would be required to complete the 

services that you have requested or unless Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd is required to by law.

Under no circumstances will Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd Sell or receive payment for disclosing your personal 

details.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES

Returns

Any product or service returned to Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd due to an error on the part of the purchasers that 

has been correctly complied as per the original instructions of the purchaser shall be charged an additional fee that fairly

reflects the time required to amend the error.

Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any mistake or misunderstanding on behalf of the purchaser 

made in relation to any law pursuant to the supply of any product or service purchased and subsequently delivered as per the 

specifications of the original order.

Any product or service returned to Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd due to an error on our behalf will be corrected at 

our expense to the specifications originally communicated by the purchaser as soon as possible.

Refunds
Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd provides products and services that meet each purchaser’s specific requirements. 

Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for products or services correctly supplied according to the 

request of the purchaser.

Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd operates secure data networks that are designed to protect your privacy and

security. We also have in place policies such as our credit card details destruction policy. Which requires all references to

customers credit cards being destroyed on a periodic basis

office and will be delivered via Couriers, mail or email to an address of your choice within Australia.
