To set up a company it must have a minimum of one director who resides in Australia and one shareholder residing in Australia or overseas. The company must have of minimum of one share. The registered office address of the company must be a actual residential address ie it cannot be a PO Box. You must also nominate a business office address. This can be the actual business address or your home address. The director (s) must supply their date and place of birth on registering the company.
All directors must comply with director ID requirements. Fines and penalties apply.
