    The applicant will have to declare that the following statements are correct.

    1. All shareholders of the Company agree to the deregistration; and
    2. The Company is not carrying on business; and
    3. The Company’s assets are worth less than $1000; and
    4. The Company has paid all fees and penalties under the Corporations Act 2001; and
    5. The Company has no outstanding liabilities; and
    6. The Company is not a party to any legal proceedings.
